overall refactor of the layers in map vis to encompass node and node link visualizations with proper config panel

removed bugs in overlaying lines and better visual performance

required refactor of how the graph data structure is handled by nl

does optimizations for large graphs while keeping the normal process for smaller graphs
also reinstates nl shapes in settings
