i can see everything and shoot everything. however, im immortal

now shooting asteroids actually works lol
enemy and asteroid now have functions that put them on random locations on the top of the screen, hey are now also being spawned periodically (though enemy does not visualise??)

collision gets handled properly for lasers with enemies and asteroids
i can make asteroids by pressing k (:
comented out randomEnemy (it kept breaking), added an aliveL bool to laser and applied it everywhere, fixed merge issues, added move-asteroid adn update asteroid methods, put the updatemethods for all enities inside thier own .hs files

player and lasers and pause. enemies move towards player (theres no enemies yet lol) i really dont know how to do the random thing rn and i dont have the energy to figure it out
