Made a basic dropdown box for selecting algorithms

Isabelle requested to merge feat/implement-redesign/405-algorithm-selection into main

Made a basic dropdown box and created test settings for the other algorithms. Connected them to the events. The model (topicRunner) gets changed in the settings, and the UI switches to their new settings. These specified settings files are setups and have not been tested.
