Add new colors to all plots

0383961 requested to merge feat/324-plots-emma-colors into main

New colors have been added to the 4 suitable EMMA colors (orange is too similar to yellow) which contrast and (hopefully) are also somewhat aesthetically pleasing. Also, colors were added to the bar plots for each individual topic.
