385-Refine plots

Nick Jordan requested to merge feat/385-refine-plots into main

The following changes have been made:

  • Plots have EMMA colours
  • The plots have more room within the GraphView, so that they are entirely visible
  • Exporting plots to Gephi works with colors as well
  • The colorbar of the correlation matrix has a scale of 0 to 1.
