solves #DEV-4

Modification of the query logic to support a different schema. It is not fully implemented but must merge to synchronize all other repositories and avoid issues when other developers need to spin up the backend.

Updated Dockerfile to generate certificate, to be able to communicate with a Neo4j database.

Updated integration test

Also updated Makefile and deployment file.
