If a broker is not directly available, the service will poll every 10
seconds and wait until the broker is available. Alice was updated to
v0.1.15 as well.

Updated assertion with new _rev values and changed clientID to test-client-id

Added resource limits and HPA

Renamed from query-service-deployment to simply query-service. Added
resource limits and requests to both deployment and integration pod.
Added horizontal pod autoscaler to scale up query service based on cpu
usage.

Database credentials are retrieved from the user service

Most of this code was taken straight from the schema service. No tests
were written because this is entirely dependent on external
dependencies.

The request function now requires database credentials instead of using
hardcoded values.
