Updated the query conversion package which fixes an issue in query chaining for Neo4j. Updated the panic recovery method in handleMessage to print the stack trace.

Updated Dockerfile to generate certificate, to be able to communicate with a Neo4j database.

Added status messages for queries in progress.

Moved the query caching code underneath the result publish code, as the
caching was increasing the time before the result was returned.

If a broker is not directly available, the service will poll every 10
seconds and wait until the broker is available. Alice was updated to
v0.1.15 as well.

Most of this code was taken straight from the schema service. No tests
were written because this is entirely dependent on external
dependencies.

Does not work with RMQ and only single node requests are working for now
