feat: hide edit buttons and insert variable controls on report preview

Small thing I noticed github/gitlab do and we didnt yet: during preview they hide the bold/italic etc buttons. For us we can also hide the insert variable controls, because all of these pertain to editing the template, and you can't edit when the preview is open.
