Test/new storybook

Fixes:

  • UI of panels. Now they are visible and responsive in Chrome and Firefox.
  • Add Database form: Spacing of inputs is fixed, the modal is floating in the proper position, the input "port" has validation.
  • Sub menus to change or delete database: now they can be close after use them or show them
