feat(querybuilder): added querybuilder to the dashboard · 79dc8260

Ported querybuilder pills, edges and interactions from V1 and added stories for each pill. Ported drag-and-drop functionality between schema panel and querybuilder (plus story). Also ported Navbar for the dashboard.
