Several changes adopted; mostly for Windows compatibility.

Assisting during the first startup (asking for the paths of the Repository and Quanty binary).
Some changes to the LUA creating procedure to make it work in Windows.
(Observables are working already, but ELD and RIXS still causes Quanty errors.)
This is either due to the different treatment of text in *nix and Windows systems. But also the "\" vs "/" could be a problem.
